Ready to ditch the procrastinator label for good?

How would it feel if...

When you know you need to do something, you sit down and do it instead of saying, “I’ll do it later.”

The motivation flows to you. Getting started on tasks (whether it’s your work to-do’s or doing the laundry) no longer feels like dragging your feet in the mud.

You’re more focused now, which means you’re faster at executing because you’re no longer numbing yourself with mindless TikTok scrolling and watching cat videos.

You’re starting to *actually* make progress on your personal and professional goals because you finally have the white space in your calendar for people and things that matter to you.

But let me guess, right now you’re…

Here’s the thing, society has led you to believe that procrastination is a “laziness” problem.

Fun fact: it isn’t.

Procrastination is a prolonged freeze response. That’s why it’s so hard to willpower your way through the things you’ve been avoiding.

Pushing yourself to “just do it” only results in analysis paralysis until the deadline.

So you bust out a huge amount of energy trying to pull it off.

And you do.

Then by the time you’ve finished the task, you’re already burnt out.

But you end up repeating the same cycle.

What if I told you that there's a step-by-step system designed to help you ditch your procrastination and perfectionism patterns?

A system that will empower you with techniques that are *actually* implementable and not just theoretical?

If you’re done trying to power through tasks with Pomodoro timers, calendar blocking, “eating the frog,” and crossing your fingers, that motivation will magically fall into your lap one day.

I have just the thing for you!

Today not Tomorrow Curriculum

Phase 1:

Master Your Mind

Truth bomb: your mind is a bully which is why harnessing your “I’ll do it later” thoughts is the first step to shifting your habits. Get clear on how to build awareness around your thoughts and feelings that are keeping you from taking action so you can create a more realistic approach to completing what is needed.

Phase 2:

Emotional Management and Somatic Work

We don’t avoid actions; we avoid feelings. In this phase, you’ll learn how to get comfortable with the fears of not being good enough or failing so that you can reduce the resistance that’s in between you and the task at hand. Learning somatic practices will help put you into a relaxed state. Building your emotional agility makes it easier for you to start sooner, finish deadlines on time, and be more present with the things you want to do.

Phase 3:

Rock-Solid Self-Worth

Build a life free from “I should be pursuing this/doing this” activities and replace them with things that excite you to wake up on a Monday morning. And the key to being able to do that? Self-love. I know it’s easier said than done, which is why I’ll be handing you the *exact* tools you need so that you can build up your self-worth so you’re no longer constantly looking at other people to validate you.

Phase 4:

Fear Exposing

Fear is the main reason people don’t do things. The more you feed the all-or-nothing voice in your head, the longer you’ll be stuck waiting for the perfect environment to start doing something. And I’m here to change that. In this phase, I’m sharing with you my fear exposing formula that will help you take back your self-agency and confidence. Tasks will feel so much easier to work on without the small voice constantly worrying if you’re doing a good enough job.

Phase 5:

Time and Stress Management

By this phase, you’ll already have learned how to identify, label and work through these feelings. This is why your next step is to learn specific techniques to efficiently approach tasks and consistently stay on top of things have a massive boost in your productivity. We’re weaving in burnout prevention tools so that you can set yourself up for more energized days.

Phase 6

The Science of Motivation and Goal Setting

Learn what it actually takes to boost your daily motivation. Get realistic on what you can *actually* accomplish so you can take small, consistent steps vs no steps at all. By creating this habit, and knowing the proven techniques for how to approach your biggest dreams, you’ll be able to build the momentum and motivation you need to accelerate the progress towards your goals.

After going through Today not Tomorrow

Picture this:

You’re more present on weekends because your to-do list isn’t looming in the back of your mind.

You’re getting that overdue promotion because you *finally* completed a major project on time.

You’re no longer freaking out about every single thing because you’ve accepted that highs and lows are a totally normal and inevitable part of life.

Instead of all or nothing behavior, you celebrate every small step you’ve taken towards your tasks.

You’re clearer about where you’re directing your life because you’re no longer second guessing yourself.

Meet Grace Brodeur

Procrastinator turned Productivity Coach

I coach high-performing procrastinators who are ready to be in control of starting tasks earlier without needing external motivators so they can ditch the guilt of doing things last minute.

My philosophy is we don’t avoid actions, we avoid feelings, and time management hacks are useless if a healthy sense of self-worth, strong belief systems, and solid emotional management aren’t in place..

I’d be willing to bet you’re frustrated because you’ve tried..

  • 30-min timers
  • Calendar blocking
  • Self-help books like “Eat the Frog”
  • The pretty planner
  • Talk therapy
  • Accountability

I see you and I know you’re here because you don’t want to settle for another 20 years of eat, sleep, procrastinate repeat.

Building the self-accountability to start your days without needing 30-minute timers to motivate you will require a new approach that doesn’t bypass your emotional management and belief systems.

Here’s why:

In my journey to overcoming procrastination, I found the less I focused on my time management and the more I focused on what FEELINGS were causing me to procrastinate, the easier it became to hit the ground running on my most important task every morning *without* the “you’re lazy” voice running in the back of the mind

In the last 5 years, I’ve..

  • Helped over 1,600 high-achieving procrastinators
  • Supported a combined online community of 250,000+ individuals
  • Never had to send a “Sorry this is late” email
  • Ditched any “who am I to do this” imposter syndrome
  • Don’t work most Fridays and weekends!

All through taking myself through the same framework I now teach my clients, which I’d love to share with you!

This course includes:

TNT is now closed. If you would like to check out a different offer, the Anti-Procrastination Bundle is a great place to start

TNT is currently enrolling for our November 4th cohort. Apply below!

Here's how it works:

I limit enrollment to keep TNT small to make sure everyone gets the support they need. TNT is application based and we only allow in those we truly think are a good fit. We have multiple investment opens discussed on the call.

01

Fill out the application form. I’ll review your application and if I think we can help you with your challenges, I’ll reach out via email.

02

Schedule a time for us to speak. If you receive an email from me letting you know that you qualify for a strategy session, you’ll use the link in that email to book a time to speak. These sessions are scheduled for 45 mins.

03

Attend your strategy session. On the call, you’ll get an audit of your procrastination and a plan to overcome it. If you want my help implementing the plan, and we think you’d make a good fit for the program, we’ll explain what it looks like to work together.

Is Today not Tomorrow for me?

Let’s make sure it’s the perfect fit, shall we?

TNT is 100% a perfect fit for you if…

TNT is likely NOT a match for you if...

Oh, you want more proof? I got you.

Marvin

“I showed up and for the first time I don’t feel overwhelmed with the feeling of, “I don’t know what I’m doing” or “I don’t belong here. I’m enjoying myself, and I feel very relaxed and confident, even around people that are so much more experienced than I am, I just feel like I’m in it.”

Sabrina

If you’re like me, a new business owner feeling stuck, if you’re overwhelmed by indecision, imposter syndrome, or burnout, this program is for you. If you constantly feel like you need to learn more before taking action, this program will help you break through that mindset.”

Still on the fence? Let’s tackle your FAQs.

A lot of my clients come to me feeling like they have tried everything. The trouble is time management methods are not effective without learning how to manage your mind and emotions. Coaching is more action-focused, vs therapy, which can bring awareness but not necessarily instruct on how to move forward.  The worst case is you continue to live with these challenging habits and don’t try anything else. The best case is you end up with a similar success story to the students above.

You could go through all the lessons in 45 days if you did 2 hours per week, or you can spread the lessons across several months. It depends on your current capacity.

Since I announced TNT as a self-study course, people have asked me this question more than any other. And it makes total sense. When you struggle with procrastination, the idea of “finishing a course” without the accountability of the live component can feel laughable.

So here’s my…

Short answer: yes, if you engage with the content (even a little at a time).

Long answer: TNT teaches you the emotional patterns underneath procrastination. The fear, overwhelm, freeze, and pressure you’ve been carrying for years. It’s a brain-first framework you can apply in 15-minute chunks, even if your motivation is running on empty.

When you learn how to calm that system, even small actions start to feel easier. You don’t need to complete it quickly or “stay on track.” Even just one lesson is designed to give you relief.

TNT  walks you through six core stages: from identifying your avoidance patterns to building confidence in how you start, continue, and complete the things that matter.

Just ask the people who have been through it before:

  • “I finished a project early for the first time in my life. I didn’t even know I was capable of that.”
  • “I’ve saved a tremendous amount of time – at least 10 hours a week.”
  • “I’m now very on top of things and I never thought I would get to this place.”
  • “I completed a major-end-of-year project, working through my worries and achieving each task without defaulting to avoidance.”
  • “I’ve built up my confidence in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.”
  • ‘For the first time, I don’t feel overwhelmed with the feeling of, “I don’t know what I’m going,” or “I don’t belong here.” I feel really good and grounded.’
  • “I actually doubled my monthly recurring revenue because I was able to get over the fear that I wasn’t going to be able to deliver.”

The strategies I teach work equally well for wherever you are located and whatever career stage you are in. I do not teach a “one size fits all” method. I expose you to different tools and techniques so you can gather the best ones that work for you. At the end of the day, my job isn’t to convince you to sign up for Today not Tomorrow. It’s just to make sure that you have all the information you need to make a great decision.

You start with onboarding and a challenge to help you get some big wins in a 10 day window with a bonus for completing.

You then move into lessons covering emotional management, overcoming procrastination, building self-worth and self-trust, overcoming people pleasing and perfectionism, setting boundaries, burnout recovery, setting goals, and forming consistent habits. This is taught across eight 90 min masterclasses.

No.

Even though they were built around the same core problem (knowing exactly what needs to get done, but still feeling frozen every time you try to start), the experience is totally different.

Messy Action is a live, high-support sprint.
TNT is private, and completely self-paced.

It’s the exact process that’s helped hundreds of clients go from endlessly avoiding the hard stuff to actually building momentum and finishing the things they care about.

So if the timing wasn’t right for Messy Action…
Or the group format felt like too much…
Or you’ve just been circling the same decision and avoiding taking the next step…

TNT might be the better fit, right now.

TNT is an updated version of ATA with brand new lessons, tools and additional outcomes.

There’s more content so you have the ability to go deeper on the topics we covered in ATA.

For example there is a 90 min masterclass on how to work with the unconscious mind and use self-hypnosis for habit change. That’s something I didn’t teach in ATA. Or there’s a whole masterclass on this powerful exercise called Consciousness Exercise, which in my opinion is one of the best tools for arriving at stillness, clarity and a peaceful mind.  This also was not taught in ATA.

There are topics in the checkout page so you have a high level overview of themes covered. There is some overlapping material, like the 10 day challenge, and some of the exercises taught in the ATA material. But a good portion of the material and the way it’s taught is either new or updated. Some of the material that’s repeated might even be nice to hear through a different lens.

Great question.

The $2,750 version included months of live coaching, Q&A, support, and hands-on guidance from me. This version doesn’t.

It does include the entire core curriculum (the lessons, tools, and frameworks people have said helped them shift the fastest.)

People have been asking for a self-paced version for years, and the curriculum stands beautifully on its own.

So for Black Friday, it was important to me that the price not be the thing that stopped someone from getting support, especially when this curriculum actually works beautifully on its own.

But yes…there is a reason it’s one time only.

I’m not planning to offer TNT in this (or any) format again. It just felt like the right moment to give people a low-pressure, low-cost way in before I retire it for good.

Totally normal fear. Honestly? This question is a clear indicator that you’re in the exact right place.

The whole point of TNT is that it’s built for people who avoid things, especially things that feel emotional or heavy. That’s why the lessons are short. And why you move through them in the exact order that helps your brain stop freezing. It’s brain-first framework you can apply in 15-minute chunks (if you want to), even if your motivation is running on empty.

Most people do the first lesson and feel enough of a shift to keep going (and then inevitably get results like ⬆️). But even if you pause, you can come back without losing anything. There’s no “falling behind” here.

No, after December 3rd TNT will be officially retired.

Yes, you can revisit the material anytime, and go through it at the pace you would like. The content has lifetime access.

This course will be incredibly eye-opening and effective for you, whether you are neurotypical or neurodivergent. I have worked with many clients who have ADHD/ADD and many who don’t, and learned what to recommend for each group. I have a specific lesson with procrastination strategies for students who have ADHD, that I built with the help from ADHD strategists. I also have specific tools I recommend for those who have ADHD. The core solution is still learning how to manage your mind, emotions, and having access to tools that make it much easier to start.

Yes, once you learn my step-by-step process, you can implement it for anything you are avoiding, large or small. We dig into the root, I teach you how to coach yourself through it, and you know what tools to turn to when you need some extra ease in starting.
